Jamu pegal linu


 Jamu Pegel Linu

Bahan - Bahan :


Kencur (Kaempferia galangal) 10 gr \


Beras (Oryza sativa) 10 gr.


Kedawung (Parka roxburghii) 5 gr.


Jahe(Zingiber officinalis) 5 gr.


Jeruk nipis (Citurs Aurantifolia) ½ buah.


Madu murni 2 sendok makan.


Garam dapur Secukupnya


Cara membuat :


Kencur, beras, kedawung dan jahe ditumbuk halus menjadi satu, diberi air panas kemudian diperas dan disaring hingga mendapatkan 1 gelas air perasan. Ambil ramuan diatas ½ gelas, masukkan madu, kuning telur, perasan jeruk nipis dan garam. Lalu diaduk rata.


Cara Penggunaan : Diminum 2 kali sehari.

Gula dari ekstrak kelapa ini juga mengandung nutrisi, seperti antioksidan, kalsium, kalium, dan zat besi. Selain itu, inulin atau serat untuk memperlambat penyerapan zat glukosa yang terkandung dalam gula aren juga lebih lambat diserap tubuh, sehingga membuat kadar gula darah lebih stabil.

Sirup Maple

Terbuat dari ekstrak getah pohon maple, dalam satu sendok makan sirup maple murni terkandung 13,5 gr karbohidrat kaya sukrosa dan 52 kalori. Sukrosa dalam sirup ini memang lebih rendah dari madu. Selain sukrosa, sirup maple juga mengandung zat besi, magnesium, dan zinc.

Sirup kental dengan ciri khas warna kecoklatan ini terbuat dari bahan baku gula bit atau gula tebu. Berbeda dengan produk gula tebu biasa, molases telah melalui proses penyaringan dan pengolahan. Molasses juga mengandung beberapa vitamin, mineral, dan juga antioksidan.

Apabila dikonsumsi dalam takaran sajian yang tepat, maka molasses akan mendatangkan manfaat baik. Salah satunya adalah menjaga kesehatan tulang, sebab di dalam molasses juga terkandung zat besi dan kalsium.

Xylitol

Gula alkohol ini memiliki rasa manis seperti gula pasir pada umumnya. Namun, pemanis tersebut didapatkan dari ekstrak kayu birch atau jagung dengan kadar kalori 40% lebih rendah dari gula. Di samping itu, xylitol juga mengandung fruktosa dalam jumlah lebih sedikit.

Oleh sebab itu, xylitol cocok dijadikan alternatif pengganti gula dan sangat direkomendasikan untuk penderita diabetes. Hal tersebut dikarenakan xylitol tidak berpotensi meningkatkan kadar insulin atau gula darah. Sebaliknya, pemanis ini bisa membuat tulang dan gigi lebih sehat.

عَنْ أَنَسٌ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَكْثَرْتُ عَلَيْكُمْ فِي السِّوَاكِ

Dari Anas, bahwasannya ia berkata, “Rasulullah saw bersabda: “Aku telah terlalu sering memperingatkan kalian untuk selalu bersiwak.” (HR al- Bukhari)

عَنْ حُذَيْفَةَ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم كَانَ إِذَا قَامَ مِنَ اللَّيْلِ يَشُوصُ فَاهُ بِالسِّوَاكِ.

dari Hudzaifah berkata, “Jika Nabi shallallahu ‘alaihi wasallam bangun di malam hari, beliau membersihkan mulutnya dengan siwak.” (HR al- Bukhari dan Muslim)

عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ لَوْلَا أَنْ أَشُقَّ عَلَى أُمَّتِي أَوْ عَلَى النَّاسِ لَأَمَرْتُهُمْ بِالسِّوَاكِ مَعَ كُلِّ صَلَاةٍ

Dari Abu Hurairah ra, bahwa Rasulullah saw bersabda: “Sekiranya tidak memberatkan ummatku atau manusia, niscaya aku akan perintahkan kepada mereka untuk bersiwak (menggosok gigi) pada setiap kali hendak shalat.” (HR al-Bukhari dan Muslim)

Mulut adalah rongga tempat mengolah makan pertama kali. Karena itu di dalam mulut sering ada sisa-sisa makanan. Sisa-sisa ini akan menjadi tempat tumbuh dan berkembangnya penyakit apabila tidak dibersihkan. Anjuran Rasulullah saw untuk bersiwak (gosok gigi) menunjukkan perhatian beliau yang sangat tinggi terhadap kesehatan

Apa itu siwak? Siwak (atau disebut juga miswak) merupakan kayu dari ranting pohon Aarak atau Peelu, yang lazim terdapat di jazirah Arab. Nama latinnya: Salvadora Persica. Siwak inilah yang biasa digunakan sebagai sikat gigi sekaligus pasta gigi yang terkenal di jazirah Arab.

Keutamaan bersiwak sangat banyak. Bahkan penelitian-penelitian modern menemukan bahwa siwak lebih baik dan alami ketimbang sikat dan pasta gigi yang sekarang beredar luas.Rasulullah SAW pun sangat menyukai bersiwak (menyikat gigi dengan siwak).

Cara Rasulullah SAW bersiwak adalah sebagai berikut:

1. Berdoa sebelum bersiwak. Salah satu do’a yang dicontohkan Rasulullah SAW adalah: “Allahumma thahhir bissiwaak Asnaaniy, wa qawwiy bihi Litsaatsiy, wa afshih bihi lisaniy“, yang artinya “Wahai Allah sucikanlah gigi dan mulutku dg siwak, dan kuatkanlah Gusi gusiku, dan fashih kan lah lidahku”;

2. Memegang siwak dengan tangan kanan atau tangan kiri (ada perbedaan pendapat tentang hal ini) dan meletakkan jari kelingking dan ibu jari dibawah siwak, sedangkan jari manis, jari tengah, dan jari telunjuk diletakkan di atas siwak.

3. Bersiwak dimulai dari jajaran gigi atas-tengah, lalu atas-kanan, lalu bawah-kanan, lalu bawah-tengah, lalu atas-tengah, lalu atas-kiri, lalu bawah-kiri. Jadi seperti angka 8 yang ditulis rebah

4. Langkah ke-3 di atas dilakukan 3x putaran;

5. Selesai bersiwak, mengucapkan hamdalah, “Alhamdulillah“.

Kapan saja bersiwak? Rasulullah mencontohkan waktu-waktu utama bersiwak adalah sebagai berikut;

1. Hendak berwudhu dan sholat;

2. Ketika akan memasuki rumah;

3. Ketika bangun tidur. Baca: Cara Tidur Rasulullah SAW;

4. Ketika sedang berpuasa (shaum);

5. Ketika hendak membaca Al-Qur’an.

Beberapa hal lain yang pernah Rasulullah SAW contohkan tentang bersiwak:

1. Cucilah siwak sebelum menggunakan dengan air bersih;

2. Sebelum digunakan, sebaiknya siwak diperbaiki/diperbagus terlebih dahulu;

3. Boleh menggunakan siwak orang lain setelah dibersihkan;

4. Bersungguh-sungguhlah ketika bersiwak;

5. Boleh bersiwak di hadapan orang lain (tidak harus sembunyi-sembunyi).

4. Nabi Muhammad SAW mencontohkan bersiwak setiap kali bangun tidur, termasuk saat bangun malam. (Riwayat Bukhari, Muslim, dan Ibnu Majah).

5. Aisyah menyebutkan, “Rasulullah tak tidur pada malam atau siang hari lalu beliau bangun kecuali bersiwak terlebih dahulu sebelum wudhu.” (Riwayat Abu Daud).

6. Dari Amir bin Rubaiah, ia berkata: “Aku melihat Rasulullah bersiwak (berulang kali hingga aku tidak bisa menghitungnya), padahal beliau sedang berpuasa.” (Riwayat Ahmad, Abu Daud, dan Tirmidzi).

7. Dari Ali ibn Thalib Radhiyallahu anhu, ia berkata: “Rasulullah memerintahkan kami bersiwak: ‘Sesungguhnya seorang hamba jika berdiri menunaikan shalat, malaikat lalu mendatanginya, berdiri di belakangnya mendengar bacaan al-Qur`an dan mendekat. Malaikat terus mendengar dan mendekat sampai ia meletakkan mulutnya di atas mulut hamba tersebut, hingga tidaklah dia membaca satu ayat pun kecuali malaikat berada di rongganya.” (Riwayat Baihaqi)

8. Aisyah radhiyallahu ‘anha mengabarkan,”Nabiyullah Shallallahu ‘alaihi wa sallam pernah bersiwak lalu memberiku siwak tersebut utk kucuci. Lalu aku menggunakan utk bersiwak kemudian mencuci setelah menyerahkan kepada beliau.”

9. Musa Al-Asy‘ari radhiyallahu ‘anhu menceritakan:“Aku pernah mendatangi Nabi Shallallahu ‘alaihi wa sallam ketika itu beliau sedang bersiwak dgn siwak basah. Ujung siwak itu di atas lidah beliau dan beliau mengatakan “o’ o’″ sedangkan siwak di dlm mulut beliau seakan-akan beliau hendak muntah.”
